Matthew Anderson has grown up working within his family business “Wagga Free Range Pork” for as long as he can remember. This has instilled values of effort, determination and hard work from mustering pigs to providing quality customer service at the farmers markets across the Riverina. Matt also spent a brief gap year in Griffith NSW to work at radio stations Hit 99.7 and 963 Triple M where he has developed skills in hosting breakfast shows, operating the panel and interviewing Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. Now, Matthew has taken to the big smoke in Sydney to pursue his passion for acting.
Graduating in 2024 with an Advanced Diploma in Screen Acting, Matthew has received training from various industry professionals such as Denise Roberts, Alan Flower and Anna Lee studying techniques ranging across Eric Morris, Stanislavski and Meissner to name a few. Matthew has also learned how to master his craft working with green screen, ADR, combat and a range of authentic accents.Matthew has also been unafraid to venture away from screen acting with a strong passion for musical theatre, having recently played the titular role of "Robbie Hart" in Holroyd Musical Societies production of "The Wedding Singer" in November 2024.
