
Carlia Capozza is a dynamic Australian actor known for her compelling screen presence and versatility across film, theatre, and television. She starred alongside John Wood in the award-winning feature film Godless: The Eastfield Exorcism, directed by Nick Kozakis, and has continued to build a diverse body of work across screen. Her film credits include the films The Swap and The Rise of Rocky, as well as All About Valerie, which she wrote, produced, and starred in. Carlia has also starred in two upcoming horror feature films, further establishing her presence within the genre.
On stage, Carlia played the lead role in the theatre production The Tin Woman, showcasing her ability to bring depth, vulnerability, and emotional complexity to challenging roles. She has also dabbled in directing theatre, an experience that has further enhanced her craft and deepened her understanding of working with and directing actors. Beyond acting, Carlia is developing a children’s series, CC’s Lil Treasures, in which she serves as presenter, combining her performance skills with her passion for creating engaging content for young audiences.
Alongside her acting career, Carlia has developed extensive experience behind the camera as a First Assistant Director. Her credits include, but not limited to, Godless: The Eastfield Exorcism and Kick On, which will have its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2026.
